To encourage community participation in education, Parents-Teachers Association has been established. It helps in better coordination and interaction between parents and teachers for improvement in academic standards and infrastructural facilities. Parents, guardians (who are in blood relation of the students), teachers and head of the institution are members of this association. Parents are advised to attend the meeting of the General House scheduled for September so that they may make meaningful contribution to the development of the college.
On 13th September 2025, a general body meeting of the Parent–Teacher Association (PTA) was held at Raja Virbhadra Singh Government College, Seema, under the chairpersonship of Principal Dr. Lalita Rawat. The main objective of the meeting was to dissolve the previous executive body and constitute a new executive committee for the academic session 2025–26.
The new executive committee was formed through a voting process. Mr. Pappu Sharma was elected as President, Mr. Rajdev Chauhan as Senior Vice President, Mr. Mangat Ram as Vice President, Dr. Surinder Singh Kulla as Secretary, Mr. Naresh Nainta as Joint Secretary, and Dr. Om Sharma as Treasurer. The Principal of the college, Dr. Lalita Rawat, will serve as the Patron of the committee.
