CSCA
Govt.College Seema(Rohru)
The College Students Central Association (CSCA) is a statutory body that represents students and engages them in academic and administrative matters, following the guidelines of the Lyngdoh Committee and Himachal Pradesh University. It fosters student leadership, problem-solving, and addresses student concerns. The CSCA plays a vital role in coordinating college committees, societies, and clubs, while supporting hostel management, maintaining discipline, and creating a positive academic and social environment.
To promote leadership and address student issues, the CSCA is formed as per university guidelines. It includes elected student representatives, such as the President, Vice President, General Secretary, Joint Secretary, and other nominated representatives. The CSCA ensures a proper academic atmosphere, promotes social and cultural engagement, and trains students in their rights, duties, and responsibilities. It also provides opportunities for character development, leadership, discipline, and community service. Additionally, CSCA improves hostel living conditions and enforces discipline and rules to maintain a violence-free, conducive academic environment.
