HPKVN plans and facilitates training programme for the youth of Himachal Pradesh with the objectives to enhance employability and provide them better placements. The trainings are also aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and establishment of small- scale business start-ups.

GRADUATION ADD ON PROGRAMME is a unique initiative of HPKVN to provide an opportunity to final year graduating students from Government Degree College to enhance their qualification by pursuing specialized NSQF aligned course in Addition to their regular academic education.

The Specialized course not only focuses on enhancing the domain knowledge but also involve soft skill and personality development intervention. At present courses are being offered in Fashion Designing, Merchandising, Front office etc. sectors.
